How to read this page

One-time work and monthly care are two different things.

The one-time fee pays for the build, setup and launch. Monthly Care & Maintenance keeps it running afterwards. You will see them separated on every package below.

One-time purchase

The build, setup, connection, onboarding and handoff work described in your package. Paid once.

Monthly membership

Monthly Care & Maintenance. It begins at launch and continues while North Shield hosts and supports what was built.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Ad spend and third-party subscriptions are always separate and paid directly to the platforms and providers.

Foundation

Foundation is the website only. You own the website. There is no Facebook, Instagram, Google, Jobber, advertising or integration work at this level.

Fair for both of us

Reasonable use

Routine care, not ongoing production

Monthly Care & Maintenance is designed for reasonable, routine updates to the existing website or connected system. Requests that become unusually frequent, repetitive, complex, urgent, or collectively amount to ongoing production or new development fall outside routine care. In those situations, North Shield may group or schedule the work, recommend a more suitable service level, or provide a separate quote before proceeding. We will discuss this with you first.

How the 72-hour target works

The 72-hour target applies to accepted routine requests. It begins once you have supplied the information, access and approval we need to do the work. It is a working target, not an unconditional guarantee.

Sending repeated messages about the same request does not restart or shorten the target. Complex requests, missing access, third-party reviews, outages and out-of-scope work may take longer, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Ownership stays with you. Foundation covers the website only. On Growth System you own and operate your platforms and ads while North Shield maintains the existing connections. On Managed Revenue North Shield proactively manages and improves the system, and you still own every account. Ad spend and third-party subscriptions are always separate.
