One active change request at a time, up to two hours of included labor per month. Unused hours don't roll over.

Overhauls — quoted separately

A full redesign or new visual direction
New pages or sections built from scratch
E-commerce, booking, or payment systems
Custom integrations with third-party software
Migrating the site to a different platform
Photo or video shoots and original brand design

We always send an estimate and get your approval before any billable work starts. No surprise invoices.

Rush turnaround (under 48 hrs)+50%

Larger projects are usually quoted as a flat fee instead of hourly, so you know the number before we start. Plans at the Better, Best, and Operations tiers include discounted rates.
