This website is operated by North Shield Revenue Group (“North Shield,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or requesting a free website preview, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to the website itself. Paid work is governed by the applicable Order you receive and approve, together with the Service Scope page. If an Order says something different about the paid work it covers, the Order applies to that work.

This website and our services are offered for business use. If you make a request on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do that.

• A free website preview is a substantial working preview. It is not necessarily a completed or launch-ready website.
• No deposit, contract or purchase is required to see it.
• If you decide not to keep it, you owe nothing. You may not publish, copy, reproduce or otherwise use the preview or any of its code, design, copy or other materials.
• Paid completion and launch work begins only after you approve the preview and purchase.
• Preview timing, content and availability depend on the information and access you give us. We may decline or discontinue a preview request before purchase.

We rely on what you tell us. You agree that the business information, content, images, logos, prices and claims you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

Delays in information, access or approvals may delay the work. We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information or materials you did not have the right to supply.

You agree not to:

• use this website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or anyone else's data;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;
• scrape, harvest or copy the website in bulk, or use automated tools to do so; or
• submit content through our forms that you do not have the right to send.

The content on this website, including text, layout, design, graphics, the North Shield name and the shield mark, belongs to North Shield or its licensors. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Work created for a paying client is covered by that client’s Order. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of anything.

This website may link to other websites and platforms, and our services often involve platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, Google, Jobber, hosting providers and domain registrars. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, plans, technical limits and availability. We are not responsible for their content, practices or uptime.

You own your accounts on those platforms. Where you ask us to help, you authorise us to access and configure them only as needed for the agreed work.

Automations reduce manual work, but they cannot remove every failure or exception. We do not guarantee leads, enquiries, bookings, revenue, search rankings, ad approvals, uninterrupted integrations or the availability of any third-party platform. Results depend on your market, pricing, capacity, reputation, budget, seasonality and other things outside our control.

Where we quote a 72-hour turnaround on routine requests, it is a working target, not an unconditional guarantee.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing on this page removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Shield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost goodwill or lost data arising from your use of this website.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a disagreement comes up, we will try in good faith to sort it out through direct discussion first.

We may update these terms as the website and our services change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
